Effective Date: July 1, 2026

This Refund & Support Policy ("Policy") applies to all digital products and services offered by Corbital Technologies LLP ("Corbital", "we", "our", or "us") through our official website, corbitaltech.dev, and any associated services.

By purchasing, downloading, activating, accessing, or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of this Policy:

  • Product means any digital software, module, plugin, add-on, SaaS application, script, template, source code, or downloadable digital asset sold by Corbital.

  • License means the right granted to use a Product under the applicable licensing terms.

  • Customer means the purchaser of a Product or Service.

  • Business Day means Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays observed in India.

  • Supported Environment means a server environment that meets the minimum software and system requirements published for the Product.

  • Malfunction means a reproducible software defect in the latest supported version of the Product that prevents it from operating substantially as described in the official documentation when installed in a Supported Environment.

2. Direct Purchases from corbitaltech.dev

All Products sold through corbitaltech.dev are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Because digital Products, source code, license keys, and downloadable assets become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally unavailable once any of the following has occurred:

  • the Product has been downloaded;

  • access to the source code or digital assets has been provided;

  • a license key has been issued;

  • a license has been activated.

An exception may apply only where the Product contains a verified Malfunction and Corbital is unable to provide a working fix within a commercially reasonable period, generally not exceeding 30 calendar days from confirmation of the issue.

Refund Requests

Refund requests relating to Product Malfunctions must:

  • be submitted within 14 days of purchase;

  • include your Order ID;

  • include screenshots, error logs, or screen recordings;

  • provide temporary server access where reasonably required to reproduce the issue.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent investigation.

Duplicate Purchases

Accidental duplicate purchases reported within 7 days may be eligible for a refund provided the duplicate license has not been activated or used.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted solely at Corbital's discretion. Nothing in this Policy creates an entitlement to a partial refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 Business Days to the original payment method.

Payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, GST, banking charges, and similar third-party costs are non-refundable where permitted by law.

GST Invoices

A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated and emailed after successful payment.

Indian customers may also download invoices from the Customer Panel.

If a refund is approved, an appropriate Credit Note will be issued against the original invoice in accordance with applicable Indian GST regulations.

License Revocation

Any approved refund immediately terminates your license.

Upon receiving a refund, you must immediately stop using the Product and permanently remove all copies from your servers, computers, backups, and deployments.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our Support Team, we reserve the right to:

  • permanently suspend your account;

  • revoke all Product licenses;

  • refuse future purchases;

  • provide all relevant purchase records and communications to the payment provider during dispute resolution.
