2. Information We Collect

Account & Contact Data

Name, email address, phone number, country, company name, and any other details you provide when registering an account, making a purchase, or submitting a support ticket.

Order & Transaction Data

Products purchased, license keys issued, pricing, currency, billing address, and payment status. We also retain GST invoices and credit notes as required under Indian tax law. Card and payment details are processed exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.

License & Activation Data

Records of license keys issued, domains/subdomains activated, and installation instances registered against your account.

CodeCanyon / Envato Data

If you purchased a product through CodeCanyon (Envato Market), we may receive limited buyer information from Envato (such as your username or purchase code) solely to verify license eligibility and provide product support.

Technical & Usage Data

IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, referral source, and interaction events — collected via cookies and analytics tools to improve our website and services.

Support Communications

Messages, attachments, screenshots, error logs, and any other content exchanged with our team through the support portal (support.corbitaltech.dev), email, or other communication channels.

WhatsApp Business Data (where applicable)

If you use our WhatsApp integration products (such as WhatsMark SaaS), any WhatsApp account identifiers (Phone Number ID, WABA ID) you provide during setup are used solely to configure and deliver the product. We do not store message content from your WhatsApp conversations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Process orders, issue license keys, deliver downloads, and fulfil purchased services.
  • Generate and deliver GST-compliant tax invoices automatically upon purchase, and make them available for download in your customer panel.
  • Provide installation support, bug fixes, technical assistance, and ongoing customer support.
  • Verify license eligibility, detect fraud, and prevent abuse of our products and systems.
  • Maintain and improve our products, website, and customer support workflows.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, license keys, invoice notifications, support replies).
  • Send product update notifications and, with your explicit consent, promotional communications about new products or offers.
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Indian law.
